How long does it take to receive my custom portrait?
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after you send your photo. Custom and multi-person portraits can take up to 5 business days. You'll get a message the moment your artwork is ready.
What file formats do I receive?
You receive high-resolution JPG files sized for print at up to 24×36 inches at 300 DPI. Avatars also include a transparent PNG version so they work perfectly on any background — Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn, or your phone wallpaper.
Can I print the portrait anywhere?
Yes. Every digital file comes with unlimited personal-use rights. Print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online service like Snapfish, Shutterfly, Mpix, or your favorite framer. Framed on a wall or posted on your feed — it's yours.
What kind of photo works best?
Any modern phone photo with good lighting on the face. Close-crop selfies and portrait-mode photos work beautifully. Avoid heavy shadows, hats that cover the face, and extreme backlight. A photo near a window during daylight is ideal.
Can you do pet portraits?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated Pet Portraits collection — dogs, cats, horses, birds, exotic pets — in styles ranging from royal oil painting to whimsical cartoon. Pet portraits are one of our most popular categories.
Can I request a custom style that isn't listed?
Yes. Message us on Etsy with a reference image or a description of what you're imagining, and we'll scope it out within 24 hours. We do custom requests frequently — many of our current collections started as one-off client ideas.
Do you offer revisions?
Every order includes two free revisions. If something isn't quite right — the lighting, the mood, a specific detail — just tell us and we'll make adjustments. Additional revisions beyond two are available for a small fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each portrait is custom-made specifically for you, we don't offer refunds on completed work. Our two free revisions exist to make sure you love the final piece before we call it done. If something went seriously wrong, contact us on Etsy — we'll work it out.
Is my photo kept private?
Yes. Your photo is used only to create your order. We never share, repost, or use your photo for marketing without your explicit written permission. Privacy is non-negotiable.
Can I use the portrait commercially?
Standard orders come with personal-use rights. If you need the portrait for commercial use (book cover, album art, business branding), let us know in your message and we'll provide a commercial license quote.
Do you ship physical prints?
We deliver digital files only. This keeps costs down and lets you print at any size you want through any lab. We can recommend print services if you'd like.

VisageVibe is an international digital atelier. Since our work is fully digital, we deliver worldwide — no shipping fees, no customs, no delays.
